Family-friendly favorite Union Gap Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch will be back in action once again this fall. Several varieties of pumpkins will be available for u-picking at this patch, including minis, Cinderellas, giants, and everything in between. If you’re looking to get a little creative with decorating this Halloween, they also offer gourds, squash, straw bales, and corn bundles to take home and dress up in spooky delight. Head over on over for the pumpkins, but don’t forget to stay awhile and enjoy the 12-acre corn maze, hayrides, apple cannons, pumpkin chucker, and many more fall fun activities!

Concern your neighbors and scare trick-or-treaters by finding the biggest pumpkin around at Thompson’s Farm Pumpkin Patch. Or better yet, find it and request that the farmhands launch it from their giant pumpkin cannon right there on the farm and watch it fly through the air. Of course, you can always settle for simply enjoying their yummy, freshly made pumpkin doughnuts, beverages, and popcorn. It really is pumpkin everything at this pumpkin patch, but the fun doesn’t stop there! The farm will also be hosting hay rides, a corn maze, apple picking, and a play area for the kiddos!

Every year Bill’s Berry Farm celebrates all things pumpkin during their annual Pumpkin Festival, and it just so happens to be the largest fall farm festival in the Yakima Valley so it’s a definite must-go for autumn lovers! Not only can you enjoy picking out your own pumpkin at the u-pick pumpkin patch, but you can also enjoy loads of other activities including squeeze-your-own apple cider, apple slingshots, apple scavenger hunt, fairy tale trail, barnyard mystery corn maze, and so much more! Hop aboard the hayride shuttle to enjoy a scenic ride between the farm’s two parks to make your way over to the festivities that run Thursdays through Saturdays from October 1 to 29 from 10 to 6 p.m.

Head on over to the big red barn at Barrett Orchards’ Washington Fruit Place for a day of pumpkin fun this fall. Be prepared to enjoy some leisurely tractor hayrides, antique cider press demonstrations, a toddler hay maze, scarecrow photo ops, games, and more. You can even visit the gift shop in the barn for some fall-themed gifts to take home, along with Winegar’s ice cream, hot spiced cider, and sample apples for holiday apple pies. Just don’t forget to explore the pumpkin patch before heading home to ensure you have the perfect jack-o-lantern this Halloween!
